Improvements to the property subject <br />to this change in zoning application will be constructed conceptually in <br />accordance with the Victory Village Design Standards dated February 9, <br />2007 and prepared by CMSS Architects, PC and attached to the (rezoning) <br />application. <br /> <br />4.
