That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Business Park BP, Commercial C- 2, and Industrial M-l-R, the properties described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-07-04, is hereby amcnded and changed so as to show said properties zoned as Mixed Use/Employment Centcr (Conditional) MX/EMP-K. 2. That the properties affected by this ordinance by being zoned from Business Park BP, Commercial C-2, and Industrial M-I-R to Mixed Use/Employment Center (Conditional) MX/EMP-K are furthermore described as follows: Z-07 -04 Parcel I: ALL THOSE certain parcels of land located in Portsmouth, Virginia designated as "PARCEL I-A AREA = 299,241 SQ. FT. OR 6.87 Ac.", "PARCEL I-B AREA = 1,524,600 SQ. FT. OR 35.00 AC.", "PARCEL l-C AREA = 233,946 SQ. FT. OR 5.37 AC." and "RESIDUAL PARCEL I 2,335,651 SQ. FT. OR 53.62 AC." on that certain pial prepared by Woolpert, Inc., dated 08-08- 06, entitled, "MINOR SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF PORTSMOUTH (D.B. 1254 PG. 1086) (INSTR. NO. 060005973) (M.B. 17, PG. 13), PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA," recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia in Map Book 21 at Pages 39-41.
