uf{OlNANCE HO~~0!-31 ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-07-05 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RM-60 the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-07-05, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Downtown D-2-R (Residential), and that said property is hereby zoned as Downtown D-2-R (Residential), 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from Residential RM-60 to Downtown D-2-R (Residential), is furthermore described as follows: Z-07 -05 ALL THOSE certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, lying, being and situate in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and described as follows: Commencing at the southwest intersection of County Street and Godwin Street; thence along the west line of Godwin Street S 02"58'37" E 231.74' to the True Point of Beginning; thence along the west line of Godwin Street S 02"58'36" E 680.28', more or less, to its intersection with the north line of a Right of Way now or formerly owned by CSX Railroad; thence along the north line of said Right of Way N 75'33'21" W 634.59'; thence along the east line of a Right of Way now or formerly owned by CSX Railroad N 66'15'18" W 100.01'; thence along the east line of said Right of Way N 41'35'17" W 100.02'; thence along the east line of said Right of Way N 28"55'26" W 100.02'; thence along the east line of said Right of Way N 10'15'26" W 100.02'; thence along the east line of said Right of Way N 08'24'24" E 100.02'; thence along the east line of said Right of Way N 21'03'53" E 100.03'; thence along the east line of said Right of Way N 39"29'48' E 33.21'; thence along the east line of said Right of Way N 56'57'15" E 113.01'; thence along the east line of said Right of Way N 01'55'34" E 26.50'; thence along the east line of said Right of Way N 56"57'04" E 252.03', more or less, to the south line of County Street; thence along the south line of County Street N 81'01 '23" E 167.29', more or less, to the west line of that property now or formerly owned by the Trustees of Twine Memorial Holy Temple;
