<br />ORDINANCE NO.~007-3~ <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-07-06 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />]. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Downtown D-2-C (Commercial) <br />the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-07-06, is hereby <br />amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Downtown D-2-M (Mixed <br />Use), and that said property is hereby zoned as Downtown D-2-M (Mixed Use), <br /> <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Downtown D-2-C (Commercial) to Downtown D-2-M (Mixed Use), is furthermore <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-07 -06 <br /> <br />Beginning at the northwest corner of County and Phoebus <br />Streets; thence. in a northerly direction 226.11 '00 to a point; <br />thence, in a westerly direction 229.49'00 to a point; thence, <br />in a southerly direction ] 13'00 to a point; thence, in a <br />westerly direction 90.45'00 to a point; thence, in a southerly <br />direction ] 13.04'00 to a point; thence, in an easterly <br />direction 319.32'00 to a point of the beginning. <br /> <br />3.
