ORDINANCE NO'e2..~~?..:e16 ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-06-02 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: I. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Commercial C-2-K (Conditional) the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-06-02, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Residential RM-75-K (Conditional), and that said property is hereby zoned as Residcntial RM-75-K (l 'onditional), 2. rhat the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from Commercial C-2-K to Residential RM-75-K (Conditional), is furthermorc described as follows: Z-06-02 All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, lying, situate and being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and designated as FUTURE RESERVE PARCEL 38 983,950 SQ. FT. OR 22.59 AC. as shown on that certain plat entitled "MAJOR SUBDIVISION OF THE ESTATES AT RIVER POINTE AS SHOWN ON M.B. 13 PG. 140 & M.B. 15 PG. 50 PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA", dated December 17, 2002 by Woolpert LLP, which said plat is duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia in Map Book 19 at pages 111-114. IT BEINC; the same property conveyed to Grantor herein by Decd dated March 13, 2003 and rccorded in Clerk's Ot1ice of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, as Instrumcnt No. 030043470 and corrceted by Deed of Correction dated April 24, 2003 and recorded in the aforcsaid Clerk's Ot1ice. 3.
