<br />"Drn\L~~~H't' ~{, 200.:7..-;114 <br />"rj" \J ,~~"t"f,~ ~(~~ ,.~:i,.. ._;.... <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $400,000 IN THE FY 2007-2008 CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE PARKING GARAGE CAPITAL PROJECT <br />AND TO AUTHORIZE THE TRANSFER OF SAID SUM FROM THE SEAWALL <br />REPAIRS CAPITAL PROJECT IN THE FY 2007-2008 CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $400,000 is appropriated in FY 2007-2008 Capital <br />Improvements Fund for the Parking Garage Capital Project. <br /> <br />2. That said funds are to be used for emergency repairs to the County Street <br />Parking Garage. <br /> <br />3. That the transfer of $400,000 from the Seawall Repairs Capital Project to <br />the Parking Garage Capital Project, both within the FY 2007-2008 Capital Improvement <br />Fund, is authorized. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on December 11, 2007. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
