The <br />applicant shall provide the following for review: <br /> <br />A mission statement. <br />An operational plan approved by the City. <br />A business plan that addresses case management and property <br /> <br />(a) <br />(b) <br />(c) <br />management. <br />(d) <br />(e) A detailed description of supportive services that will be provided and a <br />list of service providers. <br />(f) A set of facility regulations including, but not limited to, rules that govern <br />visitors, times doors are locked, unauthorized resident absences, vehicle ownership <br />and/or usage by residents, and permitted unit furnishings. <br />(g) A rent schedule for residents. <br /> <br />Detailed applicant screening policies and criteria. <br /> <br />Sec, 40-120.2. Single-room occupancy facilities; dimensional and locational <br />requirements. <br /> <br />(a) In addition to the dimensional requirements established by section 40-44, <br />the following dimensional requirements shall apply to the development of a single-room <br />occupancy facility in the RM-60, C-1, and C-2 zoning districts: <br /> <br />(b) <br />requirements: <br /> <br />1 <br />11 <br /> <br />Minimum size: 1 acre; <br />No more than two SRO facilities may be located within 500 feet of <br />each other or another SRO another facility. <br />Six thousand square feet of lot area for the first unit and 1,400 square <br />feet of lot area for each additional unit. <br /> <br />1ll <br /> <br />Single-room occupancy facility sites must meet the following locational <br /> <br />1 <br />11 <br /> <br />The facility must face a public street at least 50 feet in width. <br />The facility must be located within 1200 feet of an active public bus <br />stop. <br /> <br />Sec. 40-120.3. Single-room occupancy facilities; additional requirements, <br /> <br />(a) The developer of every single-room occupancy facility shall install a <br />minimum of one automatic washer and one automatic dryer for every 20 rooms in <br />locations convenient for the residents and shall maintain such equipment in good working <br />order. <br /> <br />(b) The developer or applicant must require every resident to complete <br />successfully a series of interview assessments regarding their desire for life changes prior <br />to being granted occupancy. <br />
