<br />(2) Unattractive fencing materials, such as chain-link, shall be avoided. <br /> <br />(3) Landscaping that is tolerant of both wet and dry conditions and designed <br />to highlight its presence as a site amenity is encouraged. <br /> <br />(4) Rip-rap or other hard armoring techniques are discouraged for facilities <br />designed to appear as naturally-occurring water features. <br /> <br />(i) Cumpcllibilily wilh Surrounding Areas.
