<br />.....OIKr;rtt ~r,~/ .~ <br />.1-1 l'."... l',,11 "-4,6 <br />".f.4' " ..- "- ..'-,~:...... ,-..~ '- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING IN THE FY 2006-2007 BEHAVIORAL <br />HEALTHCARE SERVICES FUND OPERATING BUDGET AN ALLOCATION <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,250 RECEIVED FROM THE VIRGINIA <br />DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH, MENTAL RETARDATION AND <br />SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the sum of $2,250 allocated by the Virginia Department of Mental <br />Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services is hereby appropriated in the <br />FY 2006-2007 Behavioral Healthcare Services Operating Budget to be employed to <br />provide partial funding for guardians for individuals with a mental retardation diagnosis. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenues in the FY 2006-2007 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund Operating Budget are increased by $2,250. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 26, 2007. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
