<br />UlWIlW4f:f HO~OQ7-59 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE AN ADDITIONAL $2,261,391 IN THE FY <br />2006-2007 COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES FUND OPERATING BUDGET FOR <br />MANDATED SERVICES TO FOSTER CHILDREN DURING FY 2006-2007. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $2,261 ,391 is hereby appropriated in the FY 2006-2007 <br />Comprehensive Services Fund Operating Budget for such purposes, and that estimated <br />revenue in said Fund is increased by the same amount. <br /> <br />2. That the source of said funds is state revenues. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on May 22, 2007. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
