<br />fiRDlNANCE NO~.Q.QL:.2.7 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND APPENDIX A TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) TO INCREASE COURT FEES FOR <br />CRIMINAL AND TRAFFIC CODE CONVICTIONS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the fees imposed under the provisions of Sections 22-3 and 24-11 (a) <br />of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) and set out in Appendix A thereto <br />be amended and reordained as follows: <br /> <br />APPENDIX A. <br /> <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />CHAPTER 22.
