Those new homes are now complete or nearing completion. <br /> <br /> <br />These properties were located at (Tax Plate & Parcel number, address) 00930430, 1226 Centre <br /> <br /> <br />Avenue; 00930440, 1228 Centre A venue; 00930450, 1232 Centre A venue; 00930460, 1234 <br /> <br /> <br />Centre Avenue; 00930470, 1236 Centre Avenue; 00930480, 1238 Centre Avenue; 00930810. <br /> <br /> <br />There were subdivision plats prepared to subdivide these six non-buildable lots into two <br /> <br /> <br />buildable lots. They are recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Portsmouth, V A at <br /> <br /> <br />Map Book 20, Page 171 and Map Book 21 Page 61. The new addresses are 1228 Centre Avenue <br /> <br /> <br />and 1238 Centre Avenue. The Authority will not acquire these properties at this time and wishes <br /> <br /> <br />to remove any indication that it will do so. <br />The Authority acquired several lots designated as "To-Be-Acquired" with the <br />Centre A venue Oak Street Plan; some of these properties have been subdivided to create <br /> <br />buildable lots and single family homes constructed on these lots.
