<br />R-06-37 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVISED SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH DR. <br />JOSEPH A. CHASE, JR. AND KATRINA CHASE, CONCERNING FRIENDSHIP <br />TEMPLE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the attached <br />settlement agreement between the City of Portsmouth, Virginia and DL Joseph A Chase, JL and <br />Katrina Chase, concerning Friendship Temple, is hereby authorized and approved, <br /> <br />The City Manager and the City Attorney shall honor all obligations and enforce all rights <br />contained in the settlement agreement <br /> <br />The Clerk shall maintain an executed copy of said agreement on file with this resolution, <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council ofthe City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held on June <br />27,2006, <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
