<br />R-06-36 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A <br />DEED OF RELEASE FOR AN EIGHT-FOOT WATER LINE EASEMENT <br />OVER, UNDER AND ACROSS LOT 18 IN BLOCK 0 ON THE MAP OF <br />TRUXTUN. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth that the City <br />Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to execute a Deed of Release and any other <br />documents as may be required to the owner(s) of Lot 18 in Block 0 as shown on the Map <br />of Truxtun, duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit of the City of Portsmouth in <br />Map I, at pages36 and 37, releasing to such owner(s) all right, title and interest, if any, <br />which the City of Portsmouth has, or may have, in and to an easement for water mains of <br />eight feet in width as shown on the aforementioned plat <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 27, 2006, <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City clerk <br />
