<br />(c) Site landscaping shall be in accordance with the <br />landscaping plan on tile in the Department of Planning, <br /> <br />(d) A landscaped buffer meeting the requirements of City Code <br />Landscaping Group 2 shall be established and maintained <br />along thc western and southern property lines, <br /> <br />(e) The applicant shall be responsible for the cost and <br />upgrading of utilities for this development and shall <br />coordinate with Director of Public Utilities on design of the <br />sewer line, <br /> <br />(t) Any revisions to the site plan or landscaping plan or <br />elevations made through the group housing approval must <br />be submitted to the Director of Planning for approval prior <br />to issuance of building permit <br /> <br />(g) The project shall be built in compliance with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal. state, and <br />local governments, <br /> <br />(h) All required licenses and permits shall be obtained before <br />construction and remain in effect during the construction <br />prucess. <br /> <br />(i) All taxes and fees owed in connection with the property <br />shall be paid when due, <br /> <br />3, EXPIRATION OF PERMIT: Unless extended as provided under <br />Section 40-115 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth. Virginia (1988). the group housing <br />usc permit shall expire for any portion of the approved project for which building permits <br />have not been issued if the applicant fails to apply for all building permits for the entire <br />project within one year of the adoption of this resolution, <br /> <br />4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions <br />may serve as grounds for revocation of the permit by the City CounciL <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of P0l1smouth, Virginia. at a meeting held <br />on June 13,2006, <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
