<br />(b) The group housing project shall be limited to 28 residential <br />apartment units, <br /> <br />(c) The applicant shall provide at least 54 off street parking <br />spaces through a parking arrangement with the Portsmouth <br />Parking Authority or by such other means as shall be <br />approved by the Planning Director in advance of use, <br /> <br />(d) Waste management shall be in accordance with the <br />submitted plan approved by the Department of General <br />Services, and the Director thereof must approve any <br />modifications to the plan in advance, <br /> <br />(e) The project shall be built in compliance with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state, and <br />local governments, <br /> <br />(f) All required licenses and permits shall be obtained before <br />construction and remain in effect during the construction <br />process, <br /> <br />(g) Taxes and fees associated with the property shall be paid <br />when due <br /> <br />3, EXPIRATION OF PERMIT: Unless extended as provided under <br />Section 40-115 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), the group housing <br />use permit shall expire for any portion of the approved project for which building permits <br />have not been issued if the applicant fails to apply for all building permits for the entire <br />project within one year of the adoption of this resolution, <br /> <br />4, REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions <br />may serve as grounds for revocation of the permit by the City CounciL <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on April 11, 2006, <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
