<br />, <br /> <br />Street Elevation on file in the City Office of Planning and <br />Zoning. <br /> <br />(c) The applicant shall be responsible for the cost of <br />establishing and/or upgrading the necessary utilities. <br /> <br />(d) The applicant shall be responsible for obtaining a utility <br />easement from adjacent property owners. <br /> <br />(e) The applicant shall adhere to the approved trash-handling <br />plan, which includes City trash pick-up. <br /> <br />(f) The applicant shall adhere to the conditions of the Parking <br />Exception approved April 5, 2005, requiring the residents <br />to park in the lot at the corner of Green and Queen Streets <br />or other off-street location. <br /> <br />(g) The project shall be built in compliance with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state, and <br />local governments, <br /> <br />(h) All required licenses and permits shall be obtained before <br />construction and remain in effect during the construction <br />process. <br /> <br />(i) Taxes and fees associated with the property shall be paid <br />when due <br /> <br />3. EXPIRATION OF PERMIT: Unless extended as provided under <br />Section 40-115 ofthe Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), the group housing <br />use permit shall expire for any portion of the approved project for which building permits <br />have not been issued if the applicant fails to apply for all building permits for the entire <br />project within one year of the adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions <br />may serve as grounds for revocation of the permit by the City Council. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on September 12, 2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
