<br />(65) Multifamily residential structures exceeding the height limit specified in <br />Table 40-44-1 may be erected in the RM-60 zoning district if the following requirements <br />are satisfied: <br />(a) City Council must issue a housing use permit. <br />(b) The required building setback from any property line shall be increased by <br />one (1) foot for each two feet in building height above 45 feet. <br />(c) Thc total floor area dcvoted to residential purposes shall not exceed the <br />total lot area of the zone lot on which the structure is erected. <br /> <br />5. <br />follows: <br /> <br />That Note a of Table 40-44-1 be amended and reordained to read as <br /> <br />a = Height limitation may be waived by City Council through housing use permit <br />process. <br /> <br />6.
