<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />....'''.!lAHC( NO <br />lJ..,;jlr, ,~0~"1 <br />1 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $182,500 <br />FROM THE EDWARD BYRNE/COMMUNITY ORIENTED JUSTICE GRANT <br />PROGRAM AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2005-2006 <br />GRANTS FUND FOR THE PORTSMOUTH ADULT DRUG TREATMENT <br />COURT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Portsmouth accepts a grant from the federal Edward <br />Byrne/Community Oriented Justice Grant Program in the amount of $182,500 and <br />appropriates said amount in the FY 2005-2006 Grants Fund Operating Budget for the <br />Portsmouth Adult Drug Treatment Court. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenue in the FY 2005-2006 Grants Fund Operating <br />Budget is increased by $182,500. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That this ordinance shall take effect on July 1,2005. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on June 28, 2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
