<br />ORDINANCE NO.200<;-40 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE NAME OF HARBOR STREET TO BILL <br />DEAL STREET BETWEEN WATER STREET AND HARBOR COURT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />That the street now known as Harbor Street between Water Street and Harbor <br />Court, be renamed and known as Bill Deal Street, as shown on the attached plat which is <br />to be made a part hereof. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />May 24, 2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
