<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE HO.2005-27 <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $104,685 IN THE FY 2004-2005 <br />BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE SERVICES FUND OPERATING BUDGET <br />FROM UNDESIGNATED FUND BALANCE FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW <br />TELEPHONE SYSTEM. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby appropriates $104,685 in the FY 2004-2005 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund Operating Budget from Undesignated Fund Balance for the <br />purchase of a new telephone system for three Behavioral Hea1thcare Services facilities. <br /> <br />2. That the City's estimated revenue in the FY 2004-2005 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund Operating Budget is increased by $104,685 from the <br />appropriation of Un designated Fund Balance. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on April 26, 2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
