<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ui{lllNANCE NO.2005"'125 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,175,735 IN ADDITIONAL STATE AND <br />FEDERAL REVENUE IN THE FY 2004-2005 SOCIAL SERVICES FUND <br />OPERATING BUDGET. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the City of Portsmouth hereby appropriates $1,175,735 in the FY <br />2004-2005 Social Services Fund Operating Budget from additional funds received from <br />the Commonwealth of Virginia and the federal government for that purpose. <br /> <br />2. That the City's estimated revenue in the FY 2004-2005 Social Services <br />Fund Operating Budget is increased by $1,175,735. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on April 12, 2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
