<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Jd!"lfl~~r[ un 2005-10 <br />, ./,,,HI..,,,l. n "_._".... <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE FY 2004-05 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROGRAM BY APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL $259,217 IN THE <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE LONDON BOULEVARD <br />BRIDGES REPAIR PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COMMONWEALTH OF <br />VIRGINIA FOR THE FUNDING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the FY 2004-05 Capital Improvement Program is hereby amended by <br />appropriating an additional $259,217 in the Capital Improvement Fund to be used for <br />repairs to the London Boulevard bridges. <br /> <br />2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement <br />with the Commonwealth of Virginia for the funding and implementation of the project. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting <br />held on February 8, 2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
