<br />ORDINANCE 10.7005.-96 <br /> <br />. 'P <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $46,788 FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF <br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND APPROPRIATING SAID SUM <br />IN THE 2005-2006 GRANTS FUND FOR THE SHELTER PLUS CARE <br />PROGRAM. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Portsmouth accepts $46,788 in funds from the U.S. <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development and appropriates said amount in the <br />2005-2006 Grants Fund for the Shelter Plus Care Program. <br /> <br />2. That the estimated revenues in the FY 2005-2006 Grants Fund are <br />increased by $46,788. <br /> <br />3.
