<br />\JliUlNANCE NO,2005-08 <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $36,006 IN FUNDS FROM THE <br />COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA COMMUNITY CRIMINAL JUSTICE <br />BOARD AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE GRANTS FUND. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Portsmouth accepts $36,006 in funds from the <br />Commonwealth of Virginia Community Criminal Justice Board and appropriates said <br />amount in the Grants Fund for the identification and funding of services for seriously <br />violent juvenile offenders in the City. <br /> <br />2. That the City's estimated revenue in the FY 2004-2005 Operating Budget <br />is increased by $36,006. <br /> <br />3.
