<br />DRDlNANCE 1Il200L~-8~ <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-05-13 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RS-75-K (Conditional) <br />and Residential RM-75-K (Conditional) the property described in Petition for Zoning <br />Amendment Number Z-05-13, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said <br />property zoned as Residential RM-75-K (Conditional) and that said property is hereby <br />zoned as Residential RM-75-K (Conditional) <br /> <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Residential RS-75-K (Conditional) and Residential RM-75-K (Conditional) to <br />Residential RM-75-K (Conditional) is furthermore described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-05-13 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Beginning at a point in the eastern line of Louisa <br />A venue, said point being 267 feet more or less north of the <br />northern line of King Street, thence proceeding north along <br />said eastern line of Louisa Avenue 126.50 feet more or less <br />to a point thence N 86degrees 14 minutes 14 seconds E, <br />393.26 feet more or less to a point, thence S 3 degrees 24 <br />minutes 34 seconds W, 175.73 feet more or less, to a point, <br />thence S 86 degrees 33 minutes 05 seconds E 97.63 feet <br />more or less to a point, thence S 55 degrees 55 minutes 15 <br />seconds W 438.30 feet more or less to a point, thence N 86 <br />degrees 36 minutes 43 seconds W, 109.89 feet more or less <br />to a point, thence n3 degrees 21 minutes 17 seconds E, 267 <br />feet to a point, thence 30 feet more or less to the point of <br />beginning. The property is further described as 3820 King <br />Street and 3810 Louisa Avenue. <br /> <br />3.
