<br />IJRDIIWEE IIJ- 20051119 ... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A NON-STATE AGENCY GRANT FROM THE <br />VIRGINIA GENERAL ASSEMBL Y IN THE AMOUNT OF $300,000 AND <br />APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE GRANTS FUND FOR THE <br />DESIGN, RENOVATION, AND EXPANSION OF THE CHILDREN'S MUSEUM <br />OF VIRGINIA. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Portsmouth hereby accepts a Non-State Agency grant <br />from the Virginia General Assembly in the amount of $300,000 and appropriates said <br />amount in the Grants Fund for the design, renovation, and expansion of the Children's <br />Museum of Virginia. <br /> <br />2. That the City's estimated revenue in the FY 2005-2006 Grants Fund is <br />increased by $300,000. <br /> <br />3.
