<br />'" <br />iF~' <br />,. <br /> <br />ORIlIME.~ 2005-75 ,. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A COMMONWEAL TH OF VIRGINIA <br />DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT GRANT IN THE AMOUNT <br />OF $30,000 AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE GRANTS FUND <br />FOR THE SOUTHSIDE REGIONAL HAZARDOUS MATERIALS TEAM. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Portsmouth hereby accepts a grant from the <br />Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Emergency Management in the amount of <br />$30,000 and appropriates said amount in the Grants Fund for the Southside Regional <br />Hazardous Materials Team. <br /> <br />2. That the City's estimated revenue in the FY 2005-2006 Grants Fund is <br />increased by $30,000. <br /> <br />3.
