AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTERS 11.1 AND 13 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (1988) BY AMENDING SECTION 13-73 AND BY ADOPTING A NEW SECTION 11.1-6 PERTAINING TO FEES FOR AMBULANCE SERVICES. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That Section 13-73 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988) be amended and reordained to read as follows: Sec. 13-73. Fees established. The fees for ambulance services, including evaluation, treatment, and ambulance transport shall be as established in Section 11.1-6. 2. That there is hereby adopted a new section 11.1-6 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988) to read as follows: Sec. 11.1-6. Ambulance services fees established. The following fees are established for ambulance services, including evaluation, treatment, and ambulance transport: .
