<br />. <br /> <br />(g) maintain professional liability insurance and self-insured employment practices liability <br />coverage; and <br /> <br />(h) maintain property damage and hazard insurance on all real property, personal property, <br />and fixtures comprising the Facility or located on or attached to the Facility (other than any of such items <br />owned by Manager), including without limitation fire and extended and "all risks" coverage, at full <br />replacement cost value. <br /> <br />3. Liability Insurance Amounts.
