<br />. <br /> <br />b. A Meals Tax (currently 6.5%) paid to City of Portsmouth (excluding backstage <br />catering) in accordance with applicable City Ordinance; <br /> <br />c. 6.5% of gross sales paid to Owner (excluding backstage catering); to the extent <br />the Sales Tax or City Meal Tax is increased, the percentage due Owner under this subpart (c) <br />shall be reduced so that, to the extent possible by such reduction, the total amount due under <br />subparts (a), (b), and (c) does not exceed 18% in the aggregate. The foregoing amount shall be <br />paid to Owner on or before the 20th day of the following month; <br /> <br />to: <br /> <br />d. Manager to pay all costs associated with concessions including, but not limited <br /> <br />Concessionaire <br />Staffing <br />Food Products <br />Beverage Products <br />Associated Supplies (Le. plates, napkins, flatware, cups, etc.); <br /> <br />e. Remainder, if any, retained by Manager to defray general costs and overhead and <br />for oversight and related expenses. <br /> <br />8. ANCILLARY / OTHER REVENUE <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />All costs and revenues shall be allocated as agreed by Owner and Manager. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />MERCHANDISE <br /> <br />a. Appropriate sales tax (currently 5%) paid to Commonwealth of Virginia; <br /> <br />b. 5% of gross sales paid to Owner on or before the 20th day of the following month; <br /> <br />to: <br /> <br />c. Manager to pay all costs associated with Merchandising including, but not limited <br /> <br />1. Sales Staff <br />2. Artist Percentage; <br /> <br />d.
