<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />R-05-41 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO PORTSMOUTH VENTURE ONE, LLC, FOR <br />THE PURPOSE OF CONVEYING TO PORTSMOUTH VENTURE ONE, <br />LLC ANY AND ALL RIGHT, TITLE INTEREST, IF ANY, WHICH THE <br />CITY MA Y HAVE IN CLOSED AND V ACA TED STREETS IN THAT <br />AREA FORMERLY KNOWN AS FAIRWOOD HOMES, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that <br />the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to execute a Quit Claim Deed <br />for the conveyance to Portsmouth Venture One, LLC of all right, title and interest <br />of the City, if any, in and to those streets closed and vacated by Ordinance 2005-38 <br />adopted on May 10,2005, and to do all and any act necessary to effect said <br />conveyance. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia <br />held on August 23,2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
