c. The exception request is the minimum necessary to afford <br /> relief; <br /> d. The exception request will be in harmony with the purpose <br /> and intern of this Chapter, and not injurious to the <br /> neighborhood or otherwise detrimental to water quality or <br /> the public welfare; and <br /> e. Reasonable and appropriate conditions are imposed which <br /> will prevent the exception request from causing a <br /> degradation of water quality. <br /> <br />Section 9.1-13. Enforcement. <br /> <br /> Any person who violates any of the provision of this Chapter, upon conviction <br />thereof, shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00), nor more than two hundred fifty <br />dollars ($250.00). Each day's continuance of such violation shall constitute a separate <br />offense. <br /> <br /> 2.
