disturbance within an RPA; or (ii) is located in a RMA and is <br /> deemed necessary by the City Engineer. The information required <br /> in this section shall be considered a minimum. The following <br /> elements shall be included in the preparation and submission of a <br /> major water quality assessment: <br /> <br /> a. All of the information required in a minor water quality <br /> impact assessment, as specified in Section 9.1-11 F (3); <br /> <br /> b. A hydrogeological element that: <br /> <br /> i. Describes the existing topography, soils, hydrology <br /> and geology of the site and adjacent lands; <br /> ii. Describes the impacts of the proposed development <br /> on topography, soils, hydrology and geology on the <br /> site and adjacent lands; <br /> iii. Indicates the disturbance or destruction of wetlands <br /> and justification for such action; <br /> iv. Indicates the disruptions or reductions in the supply <br /> of water to wetland, streams, lakes, rivers or other <br /> water bodies; <br /> v. Indicates the disruptions to existing hydrology <br /> including wetland and stream cimulation patterns; <br /> vi. Indicates the source location and description of <br /> proposed fill material; <br /> vii. Indicates the location of dredge material and <br /> location of dumping area for such material; <br /> viii. Indicates the location of and impacts on shellfish <br /> beds, submerged aquatic vegetation, and fish <br /> spawning areas; and <br /> ix. Describes the proposed mitigation measures for the <br /> potential hydrogeological impacts which may <br /> include: <br /> (a) Proposed erosion and sediment control <br /> concepts which may include minimizing the <br /> extent of the cleared area, perimeter <br /> controls, reduction of runoff velocities, <br /> measures to stabilize disturbed areas, <br /> schedule and personnel for site inspection; <br /> (b) Proposed stormwater management system; <br /> Creation of wetlands to replace those lost; <br /> and <br /> (c) Minimizing cut and fill. <br /> <br /> <br />
