ORDINANCE NO. oo -?o <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REPROGRAM FUNDS IN THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FROM VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECTS AUTHORIZED IN FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005 AND IN PRIOR <br />FISCAL YEARS SO AS TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR VARIOUS <br />ONGOING AND TWO NEW CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That funds previously appropriated in the Capital Improvement Fund for <br />certain capital improvement projects in FY 2004-2005 and in prior fiscal years are hereby <br />reprogrammed for various ongoing approved capital improvement projects and two new <br />capital improvement projects, CIP Project # 94700 - Bide-A-Wee Bridges and CIP <br />Project # 95542 - HazMat Clean-up - Shooting Range, in accordance with and in the <br />amounts set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> 2. That adoption of this ordinance does not appropriate additional funds for <br />the above-referenced capital improvement projects. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on December 14, 2004. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
