O' 2004-59 <br />RDINANC[ NO..._..__.. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT A GRANT FROM THE MISSISSIPPI STATE <br />UNIVERSITY 4-H EXTENSION SERVICE IN THE AMOUNT OF $1000 AND TO <br />APPROPRIATE SAID SUM IN THE GRANTS FUND FOR THE HEALTH <br />ROCKS PROGRAM OF THE PORTSMOUTH DEPARTMENT OF <br />COMMUNITY RELATIONS AND LEISURE SERVICES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City of Portsmouth accepts a grant from the Mississippi State <br />University 4-H Extension Service in the amount of $1,000 and appropriates said amount <br />in the Grants Fund for the Health Rocks Program of the Portsmouth Department of <br />Community Relations and Leisure Services. <br /> <br />2. That the City's estimated revenues are increased by $1,000. <br /> <br />3.
