AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE IN THE GENERAL FUND THE SUM OF <br />$22,000 IN ESTIMATED NEW REVENUES FROM THE COMMONWEALTH <br />OF VIRGINIA IN REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES RELATED TO THE <br />CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND TO AUTHORIZE AN ADDITIONAL <br />FULL TIME POSITION IN SAID DEPARTMENT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of $22,000 in estimated new revenues from the <br />Commonwealth of Vir.ginia as reimbursement for expenses related to the operations of <br />the Clerk of the Circuit Court is appropriated to the General Fund. <br /> <br /> 2. That one full time position is authorized in said department. <br /> <br /> 3. That estimated City revenues are increased accordingly by said mount. <br /> <br /> 4.
