AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE FY 2004-2005 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROGRAM BY CREATING A NEW GARAGE FACILITY REPAIR PROJECT <br />THEREIN AND BY APPROPRIATING $431,805 REMAINING IN THE <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FROM COMPLETED CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a new Capital Improvement Project is hereby created and designated <br />as the "Garage Facilities Repair Project" for various repairs to the City's parking garage <br />facilities; and <br /> <br /> 2. That the sum of $431,805 is appropriated in the Capital Improvement <br />Fund for the new Garage Facilities Repair Project from monies remaining in the Capital <br />Improvement Fund from capital projects completed to-date. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on September 14, 2004. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
