ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-03~10 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached ro and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RM-60. the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-03-10, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Downtown D-1-R (Residential), and that <br />said property is hereby zoned as Downtown D-1-R (Residential).. <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Residential RM-60 to Downtown D-1-R (ResidentiaB is furth~xnore described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Z-03-10 <br /> <br />Beginmng at the southeast intersection of Elm Avenue and County <br />Street thence east approximately 663 feet along the southern right- <br />of-way line of County Street to a point (intersection of County and <br />Godwin Street); thence south approximately 224 feet along the <br />western right-of-way of Godwin Street to a point; thence west <br />approximately 663 feet to a point; thence north approximately 224 <br />feet along the eastern right-of-way line of Elm Avenue to the poinl <br />of beginning. <br /> <br />3.
