AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $272,588 IN THE GRANTS FUND TO <br />FUND THE USDA SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of $272,588 be, and the same hereby is, appropriated in the <br />Grants Fund to fund the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Summer Food <br />Program.. <br /> <br /> 2. That the sole source of these funds shall be a grant from the United States <br />Department of Agriculture. <br /> <br />3.
