ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-03-03 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: l. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Commercial C-1-K I Conditionalk the property described in Petition for zomng Amendment Number Z-03-02, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Commercial C-1-K (Conditional), and that said property is hereby zoned as Commercial C-1-K (ConditionaB. 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from Commercial C-1-K (Conditional} to Commercial C-1-K (Conditional) is furthermore described as follows: Z-03-03 All that certain land area lying slmtate and being m the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, containing t4 acres, more or less. as shown on that certain exhibit entitled: "Exhibit showing M-2-K Zoning for South Waterfront Development, Portsmouth, Virginia" dated October 4, 1999, said exhibit being attached hereto and made part of this description and being mom particularly bounded and described as follows, to:w/t: Beginning at the northeast comer of Lincoln Street and First Street, thence along the north right-of-way line of Lincoln Street N 65°19'13" E., 522.5 feet, more or less: thence N. 24°38'35"W. 649.5 feet more or less: thence N 65021'25'' E, 326.0 feet more or less; thence N 24038'35'' W, 241.0 feet, more or less; thence N 65021'25'' E, 136.4 feet. more or less to the west right-of-way of First Street; thence along the west right-of-way of First Street, N 24°35'58'' W, 31.0, more or less, to a line that ts a projection of the centerline of an inlet; thence along the projected line and through the center of the aforementioned inlet N 63055'22'' E, 458.6 feet, more or less, to the pierhead line for the Southern Branch of the Elizabeth River; thence along the aforementioned pierhead tine S 17°34'55" E, 354.0 feet, more or less; thence continuing along the pierhead line, S 20°59'53" E, 278.2 feet, more or less, to property owned by the United States of America;
