ORDINANCE 2003-26 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $200,000 IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR <br />LEGAL FEES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> I. That the sum of $200,000 be appropriated in the General Fund for legal <br />fees in the 2002-2003 fiscal year: and <br /> <br /> 2. That this appropriation derives solely from excess General Fund revenues <br />over the amount originally budgeted by the City for FY 2002-2003. <br /> <br /> 3.
