AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $148,875 IN THE GRANTS FUND FOR <br />THE DRUG COURT PROGRAM. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virgin/a: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of $148,875, consisting of a grant awarded to the City of <br />Portsmouth by the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services <br />and $12,000 from a local cash match, be appropriated in the Grants Fund for the <br />implementation of the Drug Court Program. <br /> <br />2.
