(i) <br /> <br />(J) <br /> <br />The center shall be operated and maintained in accordance with all <br />required inspections by the City Fire Department, Public Health <br />Department, and Building Official, including an initial inspection prior to <br />the opening of the business and annual inspections thereafter. <br /> <br />The center shall be operated in compliance w/th all applicable codes, <br />ordinances, regulations of federal, state, and local governments, all <br />required licenses shall be obtained and maintained in effect during the <br />time of the center's operation. <br /> <br />All taxes and fees m connection with the operation of the center shall be <br />paid when due. <br /> <br /> 4.
