g~' ~ ~ ~2003--~2 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $61,179 IN THE GRANTS FUND FOR <br />THE VIRGINIA EXILE PROGRAM. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virgin/a: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of $61,179, consisting ora $45,884 grant awarded to the <br />City of Portsmouth to implement the Department of Criminal Justice Services Virginia <br />Exile Program and $15,295 fi.om a local cash match, be appropriated in the Grants Fund. <br /> <br />2.
