REIINAN!I[ NS, <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $77,000 IN THE BEHAVIORAL <br />HEALTHCARE SERVICES FUND FOR DEPARTMENTAL COMPUTER <br />UPGRADES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1 That the sum of $77,000 from the State Fund Balance be appropriated in <br />the Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund for computer upgrades within the Department <br />of Behavioral Healthcare Services. <br /> <br />2.
