1. An allowance equal to 3% of the employee's current <br /> annual pay rate upon obtaining the Assessment <br /> Administrative Specialist (IAAO) designation. <br /> <br /> 2. An allowance equal to 5% of the employee's current <br /> annual pay rate upon obtaining the Residential <br /> Evaluation Specialist (IAAO/SRA) designation. <br /> <br /> 3. An allowance equal to 5% of the employee's current <br /> annual pay rate upon obtaining the Certified Assessment <br /> Evaluation (IAAO/MAI) designation. Employees who <br /> have previously received the 5% allowance for the <br /> Residential Evaluation Specialist designation shall <br /> receive an additional increase of 5%, for a total of 10%. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. COMPLEMENTS OF FIRE AND POLICE DEPARTMENTS <br /> <br />The authorized complement of the Fire Department shall be one Chief, one Deputy <br />Chief, eight Battalion Chiefs, thirty-two Captains, forty-two Lieutenants, and one <br />hundred thirty-three Fire Fighters, for a total sworn complement of two hundred <br />seventeen. <br /> <br />The authorized complement of the Police Department shall be one Chief, two <br />Assistant Chiefs, four Captains, thirteen Lieutenants, twenty-seven Sergeants, and <br />two hundred and three Police Officers, for a total sworn complement of two <br />hundred fifty. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. SALARIES FOR UNCLASSIFIED POSITIONS <br /> <br />The annual salary rates of the following unclassified positions shall be the amount <br />stated herein: <br /> July 1, 2002 <br /> Interim City Manager $118,404 <br /> City Attorney $111,000 <br /> City Assessor $ 86,000 <br /> City Clerk $ 56,500 <br /> Mayor $ 21,000 <br /> Council Member $ 18,900 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 12 <br /> <br /> <br />
