2002-65 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $1,250,000 IN THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO VICTORY BOULEVARD. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of $1,250.000 be appropriated in the Capital Improvements <br />Fund for improvements to Victory Boulevard from 1-264 to Greenwood Drive. <br /> <br /> 2. That the source of these funds shall be urban road funds to be received <br />from the Virginia Department of Transportation. <br /> <br /> 3.
