AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE NAME OF BART STREET TO GLORIA CARR <br />DRIVE BETWEEN SOUTH STREET AND THE COMPLETED BART STREET, <br />BETWEEN AIRLINE AND FREDERICK BOULEVARDS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> That the street now known as Bart Street between South Street and the completed Bart <br />Street, between Airline and Frederick Boulevards, be renamed and known as Gloria Carr Drive, <br />as shown on the attached plat which is to be made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held November <br />12, 2002. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
