ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-02-08 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouttk Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Office Residential OR-75K <br />(Conditional), the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-02- <br />08, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Residential RS- <br />75, and that said property is hereby zoned as Residential RS-75. <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned lkom Office <br />Residential OR-75K (Conditional) to Residential RS-75 is described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-02-08 <br /> <br />Beginning at a point 182'+ south of the northern boundary <br />of Westmoreland Avenue; thence, south 108'+ to a point; <br />thence, west 145'+ to a point; thence, in a northerly <br />direction 50'+ to a point; thence, in a northwesterly <br />direction 60'+ to a point; thence, east 165'+ to the point of <br />the beginning. <br /> <br />3.
